Armed man robs east-side gas station
A man with a handgun held up an east-side gas station Friday afternoon, then made his getaway on foot.
Police responded Friday afternoon just after 1 p.m. to the Mobil station located at 3505 E. Washington Ave.
The robber is described as black, with a heavy build, 5-foot-5 and about 25 years old. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
