For those looking for some assistance, the Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation, a statewide economic development corporation that provides education and financing to small business owners and entrepreneurs, has two upcoming events that might be of interest.
On Tuesday, Jan. 13, the group will offer a small business discussion circle. This is an opportunity for business owners and entrepreneurs to talk with a WWBIC representative in an informal group setting about business classes and assistance programs. Business idea feasibility, marketing research ideas and business planning are all topics that can be explored. There is no fee for the program, which runs from noon to 1 p.m. at 2300 S.
