Dear Editor: I have adjusted to the new CapTimes, but my dog, Tasha, misses the delivery man. She has made a habit of waiting for him during the 3:30-4:30 time slot to bark when the paper arrives. She waited again today, but ... no paper. We hope she will adjust.
