Donna Glick: Thanks for article on how autism affect families

Dear Editor:

I thought it was a nice article on the struggles of families that have children with autism.

I am a mom with a child with autism. My son has made huge progress. I believe it is because I home school. All the follow-ups to therapy are worked into my home-schooling curriculum. Daniel has had occupational, physical and speech therapy. He is no longer taking occupational therapy because the state took that away from him.

I just wrote to thank you for the article.
