Primer: Top 5 and Breaking NewsThe Top 5 is where you will find the story our editor has picked as the top item on the site, along with four additional items representing the best available news and features we have to offer. When Breaking News items are posted, they will appear above the Top 5 in a red box.
As one moves the mouse pointer over each headline in the Top 5 box, the image will update to the photo associated with the story with an accompanying description. Click a headline, the image or the link at the end of the description and you will be taken to the feature. When an item in the Top 5 is less than an hour old, the headline will be followed by an indication as to the age of the item in minutes. |
