Mallards lose first series after 1st-half title
The Madison Mallards are off to a rocky start
after winning the first-half championship in the South Division of
Northwoods League competition.
The Mallards lost to the Duluth Huskies 4-1
Monday night in Minnesota, losing their first series of the second
half.
Madison (0-2) will continue its 11-day road trip, taking on the North Division-leading Alexandria Beetles (3-0) Tuesday at 7:05 p.m in Minnesota.
