Stephen Bottila says he's been fighting a continuing battle to be able to take his service dog, Justice, into local businesses and other places permitted by law. Stephen Bottila leaves the Dane County Humane Society with his service dog, Justice, who spent two days there last month while Bottila was in jail after being Tasered and pepper sprayed by Madison police when he resisted their efforts to remove him from a McDonald's. Stephen Bottila displays his Vagus nerve stimulator, a device similar to a pacemaker that is implanted under his skin. Bottila, who has epilepsy, uses a magnet to send electrical signals from the device to help prevent seizures. Stephen Bottila
