Stephanie Dorsey, an Edgewood College student from Milton, wears prosthetic ears made of silicone. She has Treacher Collin's syndrome, which caused several facial abnormalities at birth, including a lack of ears. Titanium rods are implanted on each side of Stephanie Dorsey's head where her ears would be. She snaps her prosthetic ears onto the rods.
