Mallards blog: Haveman leaving

Brandon Haveman, an outfielder from Purdue, is leaving the Madison Mallards this week to work for the rest of the summer, according to Mallards general manager Vern Stenman and manager C.J. Thieleke.

Haveman had a team-best eight RBIs in 10 games for the Mallards. Through Tuesday, he was hitting .214 in 42 at-bats.
