GREEN BAY -- Brett Favre will be returning to Titletown before his Sept. 8 jersey retirement.

The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame announced Tuesday that the 38th induction banquet -- which will enshrine center Frank Winters, nose tackle Gilbert Brown and video director Al Treml and is set for July 19 inside the Lambeau Field Atrium -- is sold out.

In making the announcement, the Hall of Fame also announced the inductees' presenters: Favre, the legendary quarterback who retired in March, will present Winters; defensive tackle Santana Dotson will present Brown; and Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback and former Packers coach Bart Starr will present Treml.

Former center Larry McCarren, who serves as the color analyst on the Packers Radio Network and is the sports director at WFRV-TV in Green Bay, will serve as emcee for the event. McCarren was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 1992.

In addition to the induction of Brown, Winters and Treml, the Hall of Fame formally will recognize this year's FAN honoree, Richard "Ike" Eisenhauer.

Although the Packers Hall of Fame moved inside Lambeau Field when the stadium was redeveloped in 2003, it is independent of the club. It was originally established in 1967 as a temporary display in the concourse of the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena and moved into its own facility in 1976 near Lambeau Field.
