Hi! My name is Doogie! I am a very handsome coonhound mix, I am approximately 10 months old. I was transferred from another shelter because they did not have any space.

Doogie has been with the humane society since March. He and his sister were both kept in a kennel in a shed since they were 3 months old until almost a year old when they were given up. His sister was adopted, but he remains. His social skills have come a LONG way, and he is very sweet but definitely needs training and a patient owner who will understand that he just hasn't had the opportunity in his lifetime to be somebody's buddy. He needs to learn to trust and be part of a family but he so deserves that chance!
