Dane County authorities said this morning that there appears to be no foul play involved in the death of a 44-year-old woman who was found dead Tuesday morning in Deerfield.

Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Elise Schaffer said an autopsy has been conducted and, pending the results of toxicology tests, no evidence of a crime was found.

Police were called to the woman's home about 8:15 a.m. after she was found unconscious and not breathing.
