Bucks: Celtics show who's boss
By CHRIS JENKINS
Associated Press

MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Bucks were lacking one of their main cogs Saturday night.

The Boston Celtics were lacking one of theirs, too.

All things being more or less equal, the playoff-bound visitors had their way en route to a hum-drum 99-77 victory in front of 17,626 at the Bradley Center.

Milwaukee was missing center Andrew Bogut, who bruised his thigh in a loss to Utah on Wednesday.

The Celtics, meanwhile, were missing injured guard Ray Allen, who sat in a suit on the bench.

But even with the former Bucks star out of action because of a bruised left heel, the Celtics had no problem rebounding from their home loss to Utah on Friday. Kevin Garnett scored 19 to lead Boston.

"With the season not going the way we'd like it to go, we're not out there being real proactive and making plays and filled with a lot of energy," Bucks coach Larry Krystkowiak said.

Charlie Bell scored 16 points to lead Milwaukee, which has lost five straight and eight of its past nine.

Mo Williams and Desmond Mason returned from injuries for the Bucks, but combined for just 13 points.
