Fourteen homes in three neighborhoods will be showcased in this year’s Parade of Homes sponsored by the Madison Area Builders Association.

The event, which starts Saturday and ends June 28, will feature five homes in Bristol Gardens in Bristol, two homes in Middleton Ridge at Misty Valley and seven homes in Southbridge The Kilkenny Addition in Waunakee.

Open-house hours are from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Advance tickets for $1 off the gate price are available through Friday at the MABA office, 5936 Seminole Centre Court, Madison, or online at www.paradeofhomesmadison.com, along with driving directions. Street or lot parking is available at all sites.

Tickets during the event are available at the Web site or at all parade sites — $12 for adults, $6 for seniors 65-plus and children ages 3 to 12. Each ticket comes with three ticket stubs, which provides entry to all the homes at each of the three parade sites.

A free plan book with elevations, floor plans and home details is included with each ticket purchase.
