Participants in the Horribly Hilly Hundreds bike ride will be traveling through western Dane County on Saturday morning.

The bike event, which draws approximately 1,000 participants, takes place on narrow, hilly roads and motorists are asked to stay alert for participants.

The event begins at 7 a.m. Saturday in the village of Blue Mounds and will conclude at approximately 8 p.m.
