DANE COUNTY — A Portage man may face his seventh drunken-driving charge after being pulled over by a Dane County sheriff’s deputy Thursday night.

Kevin Roberts, 55, was near the intersection of Highway V and Wernick Road, outside DeForest, at around 9:40 p.m. when he crossed the center line, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Roberts was booked into the county jail on tentative charges of felony drunken driving and a probation violation, but the Sheriff’s Office said the results of his blood test are not yet available.
