The statue of Abraham Lincoln that sits in front of UW-Madison's Bascom Hall turned 100 today. Abraham Lincoln's foot has turned to a shiny brass color after years of passers-by rubbing it for good luck. The statue will be professionally cleaned before a celebration in September.
