One of Spectrum Brands' top officials has "voluntarily resigned," the Atlanta parent company of Madison-based Rayovac and Remington said Friday.
Amy Yoder, brought on in April 2007 to head the home and garden division after attempts to sell the unit failed, left Wednesday "to pursue other opportunities," according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Yoder will receive at least $500,000 in salary continuation, $250,000 in long-term incentive pay and $225,000, payable Dec. 31.
