FENNIMORE — Gov. Jim Doyle and other officials broke ground Thursday for three new buildings at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Fennimore.

The Agricultural/Automotive Technical Center, Childcare Center and Health Sciences Center are expected to be open in time for the start of the 2010-11 academic year.

The projects were approved in a $31.9 million referendum last spring.
