Former Cleveland real estate agent Janie Winston participates in a job-search support group sponsored by UW-Madison's Adult and Student Services Center at Memorial Union in Madison on Tuesday. Winston was having her best year as an agent but wanted to move to Madison to be near family and because she likes the city. Despite her work experience and a college education, Winston is having difficultly finding permanent work in sales or marketing. Laura Ruskaup, a career counselor at UW-Madison's Adult and Student Services Center, leads a job-search support group at Memorial Union in Madison on Tuesday.
