Ald. Thuy Pham-Remmele said disrespectful youth have caused problems at the Meadowood Shopping Center on the Southwest Side. Pham-Remmele, who typically dresses formally when doing City Council business as a way to respect her office, has a rift with the mayor and has become isolated from some council colleagues.
