In and out: There will be 10 entrances and 13 exits. The biggest change is that there is an entrance on both Carroll Street and Mifflin Street near the Capitol stage, said mayoral spokeswoman Rachel Strauch-Nelson. Last year there was only an entrance on Carroll Street.

Parking: Park on the side of State Street that you'd like to exit on, the mayor's office advised. The ramps will be open.

When: Entertainment begins shortly after the gates open at 7 p.m. Entertainment ends at 1:30 a.m. "We typically see the largest crowds entering around 10 p.m.," said Strauch-Nelson.
