Rental properties on Great Gray Drive in the Owl Creek subdivision have raised concerns by police and city officials about how well landlords are screening tenants. Dirt still flanks Great Gray Drive after the former dead-end street was extended to Owl Creek Drive this summer. Grosso Investment Properties of Cottage Grove wants to build a four-unit townhouse to help complete the neighborhood, but police and city officials want to see a sustained reduction in police calls and other improvements first. Glendale Elementary students get off a bus on Great Gray Drive in the Owl Creek neighborhood, where school officials are working to connect families with after-school programs and other services
