Jean and Kevin Zimmermann, parents of slain UW-Madison student Brittany Zimmermann, hang fliers Saturday in Brittingham Park in the hope that a growing reward fund will bring information to help police find their daughter's killer. A new reward flier created and distributed by the Zimmermann family shows slain UW-Madison student Brittany Zimmermann in the lime green wool coat she was wearing when she walked home from campus at 11:30 a.m. April 2 before she was killed in her West Doty Street apartment around 12:30 p.m. Lou Marino points toward the home overlooking Monona Bay where his son, Joel, was fatally stabbed last January. Marino met with Kim Heeg, right, and other family members of slain UW-Madison student Brittany Zimmermann in Brittingham Park on Saturday. Behind them is Dennis Gonnering, father of Brittany's fiance, Jordan Gonnering.
