The Art Cart will once again roll through Madison this summer, making more than 90 stops to give local kids a chance to see if they can become the next Pablo Picasso or Jackson Pollock.

The program, which is run by the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, is being expanded this year to include Art Cart EXTRA!, which will make Saturday visits to suburban areas including Black Earth, Cross Plains, DeForest, Fitchburg, Monona, Mount Horeb, Stoughton, Sun Prairie, Verona and Waunakee. Art Cart will run June 18 to Aug. 20 and Art Cart EXTRA! will run on Saturdays from June 13 to July 25. More information is available on the museum’s Web site at www.mmoca.org.
